Practice areas
Six areas of focus. If your matter falls outside them, we will tell you honestly and refer you to someone who fits.
Car and truck collisions, premises liability, and wrongful death claims. Contingency fee — no fee unless we collect.
Divorce, custody, support, and adoption. We litigate when we must and settle when it serves the family better.
Wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and probate administration. Plans written to hold up, not just to be signed.
Formation, contracts, partnerships, and commercial disputes for companies from two employees to two hundred.
Closings, title issues, landlord-tenant disputes, and construction contracts for owners and developers.
Felony and misdemeanor defense, expungements, and license hearings. Prompt, discreet, and trial-ready.
Our approach
A free consultation with an attorney — not a paralegal — to understand the facts before quoting a strategy.
Every file is built as if a jury will see it. Opposing counsel can tell, and it changes the offer on the table.
A status update every two weeks, in writing, and a phone call the same day anything material happens.
Founding attorney
J.D., State University · Admitted 1998
Tom opened the firm in 1998 after six years as a county prosecutor. He has tried more than sixty cases to verdict and argued twice before the state court of appeals. His practice is built on preparation: clients hire the firm knowing exactly what will happen, in what order, and what it is likely to cost.
He is joined by two associates and an office manager who has been with the firm longer than some of its clients have been married.
Client remarks
“Tom told me in the first meeting what my case was worth and what it would take to get there. He was right on both counts.” — R. Delgado, personal injury
“He treated a small estate plan with the same care I watched him give a commercial lease across the hall. That's why we moved our whole company to him.” — M. Chen, business client
